Breakout Speakers

“Beware of the Little Foxes” – Solomon 2:14

Have you ever heard the saying… “little is much when God is in it”? But what about the little that God is not in?  We will be discussing this and Solomon 2:14 in this session.

“Keeping the Faith Even When Nothing Makes Sense”

Not much makes sense any more, but there’s a way to hold onto our faith even in the midst of the chaos. We will look at a few heroes of the faith that have gone before us and learn from their trials. We will learn to look at life through our spiritual eyes instead of our human eyes. “Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “ Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” And Elisha prayed; “Open his eyes, LORD, so that he may see.” Then the LORD opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. 2 Kings 6: 16-17

“Sensing God’s presence”

The goodness of God is all around us in the ordinary stuff of life but we can often miss it. In this session we will learn to engage our senses so that we can notice and savor God’s presence in our everyday lives. Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him!
