WC&CC welcomes groups of all sizes to come host their retreat at our campus! We do have a different structure in place for smaller groups(1-39 people) and larger groups(40+). Please note: any group larger than 30 people must have their meal service provided by our staff in our Dining Hall. Also, a group must have at least 20 people for their meals in order for us to provide this service. Several of our meeting spaces have small kitchenette's that allow for you to prepare your own meals if you are below 20 people.
Day Use
If you are looking to rent out one of our meeting spaces for a birthday party, family reunion, business meeting, banquet, or similar event, we have a variety of meeting spaces available! Contact our office for rate information.
Summer Camps
If you are looking to rent our facilities to run your own summer youth camp we have a variety of options to accommodate your group. A week-long camp in the summer is a little different than weekend retreats in the off-season, therefore, the above pricing outlines do not apply. We have a separate structure in place for summer camps. Options include food service, lodging, activities, waterfront, team-building, and zip line.
